Our proposal is to build 4 individual freestanding restaurant units ranging in size from 347 square metres to 418 square metres (gross internal area). There will also be provision for a drive thru’ unit of 167 square metres. Each unit will be built to a developer’s shell ready to receive tenants’ fit out. All incoming services will be provided to include 3 phase electricity.
The external finishes to the units will be of a high standard creating a modern look with glass frontages, rendered walls and timber features.
To the front of each unit there will be piazza style area for external seating. There will be an additional area for seating between units 2 and 3 which will benefit from a south facing aspect.
Extensive car parking will be provided to include a bay for limos and taxis. Covered cycle racks will also be available. The site will have extensive landscaping.
